Clean Room
Two stands, facing each other, side by side, side by side.
Two white, foreign stains that do not assimilate into the natural and sublime landscape. Provider intervene, dissent provider.
(Just like in the spirit of the days we are going through now) The concept of a "clean room" is a room that maintains a particularly high level of cleanliness and sterility, even more than is the case in an operating room.
The clean room has special systems and tailor-made equipment that enable proper production, without fear of contamination and damage to the various processes. (Corona effect processes) The Clean Room work examines the relationship between two brothers and places them on the axis between closeness and distance, between reality and imagination, between static and taking action.
In the middle of the last century, the landscapes of Yosemite were used by photographers to be amazed by nature and to develop photographic techniques that were able to more accurately represent the experience of looking at the sublime landscape.
In an era when photography is no longer evidence of a certain truth, photography becomes a tool for realizing or shattering their fantasies, such as allowing the unattainable, capable of restoring or recreating a dreamlike and utopian state.
In this series of photographs, the landscapes serve as a backdrop for relationships. The staged photograph of the brothers precisely against this mesmerizing and enchanting landscape, perpetuates the strangeness and emphasizes the same high sterility such that clears noises and allows for a complex view of the relationship with the environment and detached from it.
It is equally important to say that all photographs were taken by our father
